Rockoko Terms & Conditions .

These are the Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods through this website, www.rockokojewellery.com. You are connected to the User Agreement for Rockoko Luxe Ltd, registered address 14 Park Street, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV32 4QN. VAT number 917409418, Company number 3638248. This service is operated by Rockoko Luxe Ltd, trading as Rockoko (Rockoko Luxe Ltd, Rockoko and RockokoJewellery.com each referred to separately and together in this Agreement by the terms “we”, “us” or “our”).

The Contract between you and Rockoko

We must receive full payment for goods that you order online before your order can be accepted. Once we have received your payment, we will confirm this by sending you an email to the email address provided by you when you placed the order. Once we have accepted your order there exists a legally binding agreement between you and us. Only persons aged 18 and over are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts and consequently are the only people entitled to use this site. Any other individuals who cannot perform legally binding contracts are not entitled to order goods from this site. So if you don’t qualify, don’t even bother.

Pricing and Delivery

The amounts payable for any goods ordered by you are as indicated in our website.

All of our prices are in UK Pounds Stirling - any other currencies displayed on the site are for comparison purposes only. Likewise you will be billed in UK Pounds Stirling, consequently if you make a purchase from outside the UK, the amount billed to your credit card or any currency conversion displayed on this website may be affected by currency fluctuations and/or credit card charges.

You may be required to pay extra for delivery, in which case we will notify you. It is not always possible for us to deliver to some locations. All of our delivery charges are outlined on this website.

Delivery

Rockoko aims to ship items within 24 hours of your order being processed and your payment approved. All UK delivery is free of charge and sent via Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery service so it will need to be signed for when it reaches you. Please bear this in mind when you place an order. If an item cannot be delivered to you, you will have to pay the repeat postage costs.

As soon as we have dispatched your item to you, we will email you to let you know. Please note that we are only able to dispatch an order to your registered billing address or a secondary address verified by your credit card company. We’re sorry if this causes any problems but we adopt this policy to protect your security.

Returns

We operate a 7 day return policy. This means that an item must be returned to Rockoko within 7 days of the item being delivered to you. For example if we send an item on the 1st October and it reaches you on the 3rd October, the item must be returned to us by the 10th October. If the package reaches us outside these time frames we reserve the right not to issue a refund, and/or issue a credit note instead.

 

In the event that you need to return a faulty item to us, please email us at returns@rockokojewellery.com to let us know and we will endeavour to refund or replace the item, providing it is found under analysis of the item that any such fault is as a result of something out of your control. We will only refund items with a genuine manufacturing fault so please do not contact us about items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear.


To qualify for a full refund, please return your item in accordance with these guidelines:

  1. Contact us within seven days of your receipt of the item via email, at returns@rockokojewellery.com, requesting a returns reference number.
  2. Fill in our returns request form accordingly, making sure to include your returns reference number.
  3. All items must be returned unused, undamaged and unaltered in their original packaging accompanied by our returns request form.
  4. Send packages back to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which includes insurance for package contents in the event of an item being mislaid. We will not accept proof of posting as proof of delivery and accept no responsibility for damage to goods caused by the delivery service.
  5. Return all items to us at Rockoko 14 Park Street, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. CV32 4QN.
  6. We will contact you to let you know when we have received the item and again when we have processed your refund. Please allow up to 30 days for this to take place. Refunds will only be made to the same debit/credit card items were purchased with.
  7. Rockoko cannot refund any postage/ delivery charges incurred by you. 

    Please be aware that we cannot process any returns that do not follow these guidelines. 
     
Our Right to Cancel
 

We may cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to meet the demands of you order, we do not deliver to your area, the item(s) purchased by you were priced incorrectly for whatever reason.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Liability

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we wil not be liable to you unless you contact us within 7 days of your receipt of he items to let us know.

If you don’t receive items within 7 days of ordering them, you have fourteen days from the order date to let us know, after which we will not be liable to you.

If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our obligation will be one of the following, at your choosing:

1.       to rectify any shortage or non-delivery; or

2.       to replace any goods damaged or defective goods; or

3.       to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of Royal Mail.

Notices

Unless stated elsewhere in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent by e-mail to our contact address at info@rockokojewellery.com. All notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time with or without notice. Your continued use of this site will be taken as acceptance to changes posted though we will try to notify you of any changes where possible.

Promotional Offers
Promotional offers on this website are subject to terms and conditions. The current Mothers Day offer is available on all brands except Thomas Sabo and Furrer Jacot.

 

Invalidity

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable the remainder of these terms and conditions will still be enforceable.

Privacy

You have read and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.

Governing Law

Every transaction carried out through this site shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery policy, returns policy, contact details and privacy policy, outline the whole agreement between you and us relating to the supply of the goods to you by us.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on our website. From time to time our site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, we will try to rectify these as soon as possibly but inevitably some may remain.

Trade Marks

Rockoko Luxe Ltd is the operator of www.rockokojewellery.com. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos sited herein are the property of their respective owners. We give no permission to use such trademarks. Product photographs are the property of Rockoko and no permission is given for them to be used elsewhere.

Events out of our Control

We will not be in breach of this Agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

All payments made online to Rockoko are secure. Our chosen payment gateway is Protx. Merchant services are provided by Lloyds TSB. For reassurance whilst making a payment, look for the padlock symbol which should be displayed in the address bar at the top of the page.

Both Protx and Lloyds TSB are responsible for the storage of your sensitive personal information. Rockoko holds no credit card details. Ever.
