Pebble

Pebble

Pebble began as an excuse to spend lots of time exploring India, and their first collections used facetted and tumbled semi-precious stones they sourced throughout the country to produce predominantly semi precious beaded jewelelry . Nine years later, and their travels now include India, China, Africa, Thailand, and South America, and they have expanded the collections to include metals, stones, wood, glass, coral, and amber. Pebble also use ancient excavated beads and glass trade beads produced in Europe in the nineteenth century. Traditional tribal jewellery is a big influence, as is their love of natural materials, and Pebble try to keep their designs as simple as possible, in the belief that nature cannot be improved upon. Pebble also sources traditional pieces from tribal groups in Africa, the Pacific, China, Afghanistan, Nepal, and India. Over the years, they have worked with, or sold to many fashion designers, including Alexander McQueen, John Galliano, Cavalli, Issey Miyake, Mathew Williamson, Emilio Pucci, Allegra Hicks, Joseph, Nicole Fahri, and Donna Karan. Editors of top fashion magazines are quoted as saying the collections from Pebble provide us with a "one stop shop" for jewellery to use in fashion shoots. View Pebble Jewellery
